Hayward is where the shop actually is. San Leandro and Fremont are close enough and different enough — in housing stock, in what businesses need, in drive time — that each gets its own page rather than being folded into a list. Everywhere below still gets the same free estimate and the same work; there just isn’t enough distinct to say about each one yet to justify a full page, and we’d rather list them honestly here than pad out six near-identical pages that all read the same with the city name swapped.

A mix of established residential streets and newer development near the BART corridor — we see both older gate and railing repairs and code-driven railing work on newer builds.
Newark

Largely residential with pockets of light industrial near the Dumbarton corridor — perimeter fencing comes up often on that side of the city.
San Lorenzo

A smaller, mostly residential community between Hayward and San Leandro — mid-century housing stock where original ironwork sometimes needs matching rather than replacing outright.
Oakland
~20–30 min depending on area
We take jobs in Oakland on a case-by-case basis given the size of the city — mention your neighborhood when you call so we can give a realistic estimate of timing.
Alameda
~20–25 min from the shop
An island city with a lot of older housing stock and a real salt-air factor — finish and material recommendations lean toward corrosion resistance here more than inland.
