Trellis and pergola structures
A metal trellis built for an actual climbing plant needs to carry real, growing weight over years, not just look right on the day it goes in the ground. We build the frame for the load it will eventually bear, sized and braced for the plant and the span, not a decorative panel scaled up.
Pergola-style structures follow the same logic — a welded steel frame is a different build than a wood kit, with different footing and attachment requirements. We’ll walk the site before finalizing a design.
One-off custom metalwork
Equipment stands and mounts, brackets that need to carry a specific load, structural pieces for a renovation that a contractor has specified, metal furniture or fixtures — anything that starts with “can you build this” and does not fit neatly into railings, gates, fencing or security bars lands here. If you have architect or engineer drawings, we fabricate to spec directly.

Most custom jobs start as a photo of something similar, a rough sketch on paper, or a phone call describing what the piece needs to do. We turn that into something buildable and confirm exact dimensions on site before cutting anything — you do not need CAD drawings to get an honest estimate.

What if I don’t have a drawing, just an idea?
That is normal. A photo of something similar, a rough sketch, or just a description of what the piece needs to do is usually enough to start. We will ask the questions needed to turn it into something buildable, and for anything structural we will confirm dimensions on site before fabrication.
What kinds of things count as "custom fabrication"?
Anything that does not fit neatly into railings, gates, fencing or security bars — a trellis or pergola frame, a custom bracket or mount, a piece of furniture or fixture in metal, equipment stands, one-off structural pieces for a renovation. If it needs to be welded and it is not on the list of our other services, it likely lands here.
Do you build trellis and pergola structures for plants, not just decoration?
Yes — a metal trellis built to actually carry the weight of a mature climbing vine is a different design problem than a decorative panel, and we build for the load it will eventually carry, not just how it looks on installation day.
Can you fabricate from a design someone else made — an architect or designer?
Yes. If you have drawings from an architect, designer or engineer, we can fabricate to those specifications directly, and will flag anything that looks off from a fabrication standpoint before building it.
