If it's outside what we do
We’ll say so. If a job is not welding or fabrication work, or is outside the areas we reasonably reach from Hayward, we’d rather tell you that up front than take the call and figure it out later.

Why is there no contact form?
Because most jobs start with a photo, and a photo is faster and more useful over text than typed into a form field. If a form genuinely works better for you, email is the fallback — either way, a person reads it and responds, not an inbox that silently drops submissions.
What happens when I call or text?
Tell us what you need — a repair, a new build, a photo of the problem — and we’ll ask a few questions to understand scope. For most jobs we can give a real estimate range on the spot and confirm the exact price after seeing the site or the part in person.
Can I drop something off at the shop?
Yes, for anything portable — call or text first so we know it's coming and can look at it when you arrive. Monday–Saturday, 9:00am–5:00pm — by appointment.
How quickly do you respond?
During business hours, quickly — usually the same day. Outside them, leave a message or a text and we'll get back to you the next working day. The number is (510) 363-2490 for both calls and texts.
